At FAO Schwarz, we want your fashion purchases to bring you joy; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original FAO Schwarz packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
